School Districts in Taney and Stone County The Tri-Lakes area has some of the most highly rated schools in the country! With Branson being the largest school, its district covers most of Branson, and north to Walnut Shade and Rockaway Beach. Hollister schools are, of course, in Hollister just across the bridge! Its district covers the south east part of Taney County. Kirbyville Elementary and Middle School is a short 10 minute drive east on E. Hwy 76 from Branson. Students here who live in Kirbyville district have their choice of High Schools. Forsyth School is located in the county seat of Forsyth, MO and covers the very eastern part of Taney Co. Finally, Reeds Spring schools are located in Stone County, and their district covers the entire county including the cities of Branson West and Kimberling City.
